Prediction markets are in the news, with Trump Media boarding the bandwagon, Kalshi suing New York regulators, and Myriad launching on BNB Chain.

Prediction markets are hitting the headlines with a number of big moves in the space. Tuesday morning, Trump Media announced that it’s teaming up with Crypto.com to launch its own prediction market, Truth Predict, which will integrate with social media platform Truth Social.

The announcement comes after a Nevada judge denied Crypto.com's injunction request to block state gaming regulations earlier this month, in a setback for the exchange’s ambitions.

Meanwhile, Kalshi filed a federal lawsuit against New York regulators Tuesday, in a preemptive move to stop the state's gaming commission from treating its sports prediction markets as illegal gambling.

And prediction market protocol Myriad (created by Decrypt’s parent company Dastan) has launched on BNB Chain, alongside automated markets designed around auto-resolution, short timeframes and continuous flow.
