Meme coin mania continued overnight following the return of “Roaring Kitty,” the trader who rose to prominence during 2021’s GameStop (GME) meme stock surge.

Overnight, frog-themed cryptocurrency Pepe jumped (hopped?) by double digits to reach a new all-time high, while Solana devs traded (literal) blows in an abortive bid for meme coin glory.

With somewhat unfortunate timing, crypto exchange Coinbase saw outages that left some users unable to sell assets.
