Morgan Stanley 🤝 crypto

The investment bank now lets eligible customers trade Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana on its E*TRADE platform.

📝 What you need to know

Morgan Stanley has launched spot crypto trading on its E*TRADE platform, letting eligible customers buy, sell and hold Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana.

The offering is accomplished through a partnership with digital asset infrastructure provider Zero Hash, with assets held in linked accounts on the platform rather than by Morgan Stanley.

It’s the latest in a series of crypto-related moves by the bank this year, including filings for Bitcoin and Solana ETFs, a proposed push into tokenization, and a money market fund for stablecoin issuers to manage reserves under the GENIUS Act.
