Solana meme coin launchpad Pump.fun has racked up $100 million in revenue in just over seven months, making it the fastest-growing protocol by revenue growth in the crypto ecosystem.
But activity on the platform has slowed in recent weeks, with the number of tokens created using the launchpad plunging from over 20,400 a day to under 5,400.
That’s likely due to fickle degens deserting Pump.fun for SunPump, a similar protocol on the Tron network, which flipped Pump.fun by daily meme coins created a couple of weeks back.
