Hunter Biden is launching a meme coin—and he’s airdropping it to TRUMP holders who lost money on the President’s eponymous token. Named after the laptop whose contents were published by the New York Post weeks before the 2020 election, LAPTOP arrives on Base on September 9.

A fifth of its supply is earmarked for TRUMP holders and subscribers to Biden's Substack and Andrew Callaghan's Channel 5 list. Founders, Biden among them, keep 30% on a two-year vest. Another 30% burns on milestones including Bitcoin hitting a new all-time high or a Democrat winning the Presidency in 2028, while 20% of the supply will cover charity donations, liquidity, and payments to exchange partners and market makers, plus the accounting and legal costs of running the token's foundation.
