Ethereum ETFs Trump Bitcoin šŸ‘€

Last Monday, Eric Trump—the president’s son—encouraged crypto investors to buy the dip caused in large part by his dad’s trade tariffs drama: ā€œIn my opinion, it’s a great time to add ETH,ā€ he posted on X.

And so they did, it appears—at least with ETF investments. Last week, Ethereum funds saw nearly double the level of inflows as Bitcoin ETFs, CoinShares said Monday, with $793 million for ETH funds compared to $407 million for Bitcoin funds.

ā€œEthereum stole the show,ā€ CoinShares wrote in its report. It’s the first time so far in 2025 that Ethereum has come out ahead of Bitcoin, which has routinely been top dog since ETH funds got the go-ahead for trading in the U.S. last July.
