Bitcoin inched up to claim a new all-time high of $109,565, but it quickly backtracked below $107,000. The price of BTC hasn’t seen this kind of territory since January.

Despite the hasty retreat, BTC still has some strong tailwinds behind it, according to Joe DiPasquale, CEO of crypto asset manager BitBull Capital. Among them: Strong ETF flows and the improving tone of political discussions.

Speaking of politics: President Donald Trump is hosting a dinner tomorrow night for the top 220 holders of his official meme coin.

Who’s going? It’s still hard to say.

While no one yet knows the full list of attendees for Thursday’s event, we do know some of them. Decrypt reporter Ryan Gladwin managed to track down a Chinese-born crypto billionaire, celebrity meme coin creator and former NBA star who will be attending.
